KAYAKING | CANOEING |
Canoeing is a generic term to cover a number of types of boats used in paddle sports. It can be confusing as open cockpit and closed cockpit for instance appear in both a kayak and a canoe. For the purposes of identifying craft for session booking the following description is a guide:
1. KAYAKING you sit in and use a double bladed paddle.
2. CANOEING you knee in and use a single bladed paddle.
